The following materials and resources have been compiled by University
Health Services to help campus members manage through these stressful
timesby providing tools for staying healthy, coping through change and
transitions, and knowing when to seek help.

Seeking Help
Individuals vary in their ability to cope with stressful situations.
If at any time you are having stress-related problems that persist or
interfere with your health or well-being, especially if you feel overwhelmed,
you may want to seek professional assistance.
On-campus assistance is available at the Tang Center:

Staying Healthy
From financial worries, work or school load, to concerns about flu
season, we are dealing with ever-increasing stressors in our daily lives
that can often blindside healthful habits before you even realize it.

Resources for Managers and Supervisors
Campus Wellness Services
- Health*Matters,
wellness program for faculty and staff
Programs, tools and resources to improve the health and well-being
of faculty, staff and their families, and to foster a healthy campus
environment.
- Recreational
Sports
Exercise classes, personal trainers, massage services, low-cost memberships
with access to campus facilities, and the WorkFIT Program, an on-site
strength training and flexibility circuit training for departments.

Interactive Wellness Wheel featuring six dimensions of wellness with
