Self-Care Resource Center
The
Self-Care Resource Center, located in the Health Promotion unit, is
a library and resource center for campus students, faculty, and staff.
You'll find interactive computer software, books, videotapes, newsletters,
internet access, and more covering a diverse range of health topics.
"Self-care" means participating actively in enhancing the quality of
your health. The Self-Care Resource Center is a place to find answers
to your medical concerns, learn how to prevent health problems, or spend
some time exploring how to develop and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
We also have resources that show how your health is influenced by your
family, culture, community and physical environment.
